Many Items from our sourced and very exclusive therefore your purchase is FINAL SALE

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Sale items are also final sale.

Once your package is received you have 10 days to contact us if there is a defect or a mistake on our part. Unfortunately, once 10 days have passed we cannot guarantee anything. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a problem with your order, you can contact us at timelesstrezher@gmail.com to see if there is something we can do for you. If your exchange is accepted you will be responsible for return shipping unless it is a mistake on our end we will cover the cost. Items sent back to us without first sending a request will not be accepted.  Once we get your items back we will process what both parties have agreed on.  Please note normal processing times will be applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at timelesstrezher@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To cancel your order.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason and it has not been processed we suggest emailing us and sending a DM thru instagram. However, we cannot guarantee we will see it in time. If this is the case you will need to send it back so we can cancel and refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost/ Stolen. Damages and issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do our part in making sure your package is shipped properly. You may contact your post office and try to start a claim with them. If the package is marked delivered but is not there please allow a few days as sometimes the post office marks it wrong and 99% of the time it shows up. If it never shows up you should continue with contacting with the post office for further instructions. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
