Lost Mail?

In some cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is in their hands. If your package is lost please contact your post man or local post office with the issue along with your tracking number. I will do my best to help you figure out the problem. If the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been delivered and we have done our part in fulfilling your order. 

Make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us we will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned to us and then we may resend it to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee. If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered I will not be responsible.
